Return Timeframe

You may request a refund for your online drawing course enrollment within 30 days of your purchase date. The 30-day period begins on the date you complete your enrollment and payment.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted, except in special circumstances as outlined in our Special Circumstances section.

Refund Eligibility

At Zivranexshep, we want you to be satisfied with your online drawing course enrollment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of your enrollment date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.

All course materials must be returned in their original condition, if applicable. Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed may affect refund eligibility.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
  • The course materials have not been significantly accessed or downloaded
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • You have not violated our Terms of Use

Return Shipping Costs

Since our courses are delivered digitally, there are no physical products to return and no return shipping costs apply.

If you have received any physical materials as part of your enrollment, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at online@zivranexshep.world with your enrollment details, order number, and reason for the refund request. Include your full name and the email address used for enrollment.

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. We may ask for additional information to process your request.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund in your account after 14 business days, please contact your payment provider or bank.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before the course access is activated. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at online@zivranexshep.world with your order number.

If you cancel before course access is granted, you will receive a full refund. Once course access has been activated, standard refund policies apply.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, or violation of our Terms of Use. In such cases, you will be notified and may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Completed courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Downloadable materials that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Personalized instruction sessions that have already been conducted
  • Workshop registrations and special event tickets (unless otherwise stated at purchase)
  • Gift certificates or promotional credits
  • Courses purchased during special promotions that explicitly state "no refunds"

Workshop registrations and special event tickets may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refund Procedure

Once your refund request is approved, the following procedure applies:

  1. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund approval
  2. Your course access will be immediately revoked
  3. The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  4. You will receive a refund confirmation email once processing is complete
  5. The refunded amount will appear in your account within 10-14 business days

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. For other payment methods, refunds will be processed according to the payment provider's policies.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. International refunds may take longer to process.

Course Access After Refund

If your refund is approved, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately upon processing. You will no longer be able to access course content, participate in live sessions, or receive instructor feedback.

Any downloaded materials should be deleted from your devices. Continued use of course materials after a refund may constitute a violation of our Terms of Use and intellectual property rights.

Special Circumstances

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from completing a course. In cases of documented emergencies or technical issues on our end, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
